This is a more practical oriented workshop where we will train with wooden sword, bow and arrow, flying daggers and do some practical self defense.
Also we will exercise Tai Chi, Meditation, Relaxation techniques, Energy techniques and some really advanced things like feeling the energy of persons, situations and changing them by using intention and language.
To make it clear: This is not a martial arts or self defense workshop in the common sense. Within one week you will get access to different abilites and techniques you will potentially be able to use in emergency. But this training is much more about the Samurai-Mindset. It is about the feeling, the presence and a personal access to your inner warrior.
This workshop will also content teachings of the “Bushido” which I will adapt to the situations and interests of the attendees.

During this 7-day workshop you will get to know yourself better, find out about abilites you potentially never accessed in your life before.Although there will be parts that might be physically more challenging, I guarantee you that you will be able to participate and profit as long as you are physically and mentally healthy and stable.
We will potentially do also kind of session(s) that will help you to get rid of emotional roadblocks. Also you might learn specific exercises that will help you to do so.
